Upgrade your aerobic engine with SouthFit Endurance

There are no two ways about it: there is no fitness without aerobic capacity.

In fact, some might say that not getting tired is the essence of fitness. And they might not be wrong.

The benefits of a strong cardiovascular engine are endless and we're to help you get yours to the next level.

Our SouthFit Endurance program is designed to develop your running endurance capacity so you can sustain longer distances with higher efficiency and without the risk of overuse of injuries.

Imagine running 400m's, 800m's or even several miles with energy left to spare. Whether you want to run a race at the end of summer, or you're looking to crush the daily workout at South Arlington, this program will provide you with that foundation.

Led by Coach Nate and Coach Danielle Hirt from @runwithcoachd (also our very own SAFN community member!), this 10-week program will improve your technique, increase your endurance, and teach you how to pace according to your aerobic threshold so you're not running into walls anymore.

The program starts on Tuesday June 15th and we're offering a $20 early-bird discount for anyone who signs up by June 5th. Spots are capped at 14.
