There a few questions we always get from members so we wanted to collect answers here for your awareness and easy reference!
Can I put my membership on hold?
Yes! BRAZEN Fitness offers up to 4 weeks of holds per calendar year. You can place a hold request on your membership here.
What is the class reservation policy?
Members can reserve class up to 7 days before class starts and can cancel/change their class reservation at no cost up until 6 hours before class starts. Cancelling a reservation within 6 hours of class start means you forfeit that class.
Make sure to make any reservation changes before the 6 hour mark, or, if you know it's going to be a game-time decision, we recommend not reserving until you are certain to make it!
How does Open Gym work?
We offer Open Gym slots throughout the week in the morning and afternoon, per our schedule here. Open Gym is not included as part of any group class or personal training plans. In order to attend Open Gym, members must purchase their session packs from within the PushPress mobile app, then reserve their slot in Open Gym classes as needed.
How many classes do I have left?
Have you been wondering how to check your available classes, by any chance? With the PushPress Members app, this information is now at your fingertips!
The steps, in a nutshell:
Open the PushPress Members mobile app on your phone
Click on the main menu icon (top left)
Click on Plans
Click on My Plans and then on the plan you're looking for
See available classes!
How do I cancel my plan?
Yes, we know, sometimes people have to move or their schedule changes and they end up having to cancel. It makes us sad but we've learned to cope by indulging in donuts.
The good news? All of our subscription plans are month-to-month and we only require a 7-day cancellation notice! You can place a membership cancellation request here.
