In Semi-Private training, you get to train with a group of like-minded individuals who will push you to achieve your best and provide the support and encouragement that you need to succeed. Our Personal Training Programs
1:1 Personal Training
Your time, your schedule, your program.
Get dedicated attention for 60-mins to maximize results. This is a great option if you want your training sessions to work with your schedule, and if you prefer to train solo.
Semi-Private Training
Groups of up to 5. Same results, more of the fun.
Join up to 4 other people for 60-mins of training. The sessions are designed so that the majority of each person’s training is customized for their goals. This is a great option if you enjoy the group environment.

FAQs
What services do you offer?
We offer group classes, personal training (1-on-1, or small group a.k.a semi-private), nutrition coaching, remote coaching, and open gym.
Are there any showers at your gym?
Unfortunately, we don't have showers. We do have two large bathrooms that often double as changing rooms for our members.
Is there parking available?
We have a free parking lot with room for over a dozen cars. And there's always plenty of street parking available as well (though it's paid Mon-Sat).
How does Open Gym work?
We offer Open Gym slots throughout the week in the morning and afternoon, per our schedule here. Open Gym is included as part of all personal training plans. In order to attend Open Gym, members must reserve their slot in Open Gym slots as needed.
What is Semi-Private Training?
At Brazen Fitness, Semi-Private training involves you and up to 4 other people working with a personal trainer. It’s a small group format that offers the best of both words: personalized attention, and community.
Is Semi-Private Training right for me?
Semi-Private is a great option if:
You don’t mind training with up to 4 other people
You enjoy some socializing
You still want a customized program for your goals
You want a fair amount of personal attention from your coach during your training sessions
You want to be pushed by like-minded people
Will everyone in the group be doing the same workouts & exercises?
For most of the time, no. When you show up to a semi-private training session, you will have your own program & exercise to accomplish for the day. However, at Brazen Fitness, we often like to end semi-private training sessions with a conditioning workout that everyone participates in.
What is the Semi-Private training schedule at Brazen Fitness?

Do I need to bring a group with me?
You don’t! As long as the weekly session time works for you and there’s a spot in that group, you can join in!
Does it cost the same as 1:1 Personal Training?
Semi-private training typically costs somewhere between 10% and 20% less than 1:1 personal training depending on the membership plan.
