What is Open Gym?
An open gym is a fitness gym that offers the freedom to train and exercise at your own pace rather than being timed for each exercise, like in a class setting. This makes it convenient for people who:
Are exploring their strengths and want to prepare their schedules on their own.
Need more flexible hours to fit their lifestyle and timing.
Are able to access personalized trainers if required.
Are able to access group training and workouts whenever needed.

Inclusive ambience
We recognize that you might be a total beginner with no experience or you might be a well trained athlete. In addition to our open gym, we offer training sessions for beginners with our onRamp Program as well as classes for those who are intermediate and advanced.
Drop-In’s
We offer Drop-In’s for our Crossfit Programs. Drop-In’s must have experience of at least 3 months at another Crossfit affiliate or equivalent functional fitness facility with barbell training.
Dedicated coaches (Optional)
Our highly experienced coaches are dedicated to the well being, safety and progress of our members. They are committed to help you achieve your fitness goals. They help you understand how to use the equipment properly, teach you proper form to prevent injury, how to track your progress, and can provide great nutrition tips to help you achieve your fitness goals.

How to Participate in Open Gym
At Brazen Fitness, our Open Gym access allows you to train on your own schedule while using our top-tier equipment and space. Follow these steps to get started:
1. Choose the Right Membership Plan
To access our Open Gym, you’ll need to be on one of our Unlimited Membership plans, which include:
Month-to-Month Group Plans
All month-to-month subscription plans auto-charge each month and include one (1) free membership pause of up to 30 days per calendar year. There is no contract, so you cancel anytime with a 7-day cancellation notice. Classes do not roll over from month to month. 1st Month offer applies to new members only.

2. Sign Up and Get Started
Choose your plan and sign up.
If you’re new to CrossFit, we recommend adding our OnRamp Program (two 1-on-1 training sessions) to help you get comfortable with barbell training and foundational movements.
3. Show Up and Train
Once you're signed up, you can drop in during Open Gym hours and train at your own pace.
Enjoy full access to our equipment and space while following your own program or refining your skills.
4. Follow Gym Etiquett
Be respectful of shared spaces and other members.
Clean up and re-rack equipment after use.
Ask a coach if you need guidance or assistance with any movements.
Both plans grant you unlimited access to Open Gym, along with group classes, at-home workouts, and nutrition support via the Macrostax app.

Discounts
We are happy to offer the following discounts:
Service Discount: 15% OFF for first 12 months of membership for Active Duty Military and First Responders. Only applies to new members.
Student Discount: 25% OFF for first 12 months of membership for full-time students.
Family Discount: 25% for every additional person on the same account. Must be family, spouse, partner.
Discounts do not apply to 6-month or 12-month contracts. Discounts may not be stacked.

Beginners OnRamp
For our new members with no prior experience in barbell training or CrossFit, we offer a beginner’s OnRamp program consisting of two private sessions that go along with your first month at Brazen Fitness. Ask about this program during sign-up or email us at info@brazenfitness.com!
